Introduction

The final assignment for Ch. 4 is to develop a mind-map or concept map from the content in week 4 and your own research. You will use mindmup, which is a free web-based application that doesn't require a login, use the *create a free map* and experiment with all the features and tools .  This is the Mindmup website https://www.mindmup.com and you can download as a pdf (see image below for download steps).  For more information about concept mapping you can read this article. http://cmap.ihmc.us/docs/theory-of-concept-maps.php

 

Assignment

You will create one map for the *big three* ocean topics.  The 3 primary daughter concepts in the map are waves, tides, and currents. Please focus on organizing your information in a way that makes connections between ideas. Also, focus on adding detail to your map.
