Mesa and Scarp Erosion Image Assignment

The western landscape is typically basin and range (like Death Valley) or mesa and scarp (like the Grand Canyon).  After you have watched the videos and read the chapter, pick one *erosion landscape* image from one western location that you would like to visit someday.  Upload the image or copy the link then describe where it is located and how it was formed. Make sure to add detail to your description and cite any internet sources you used. (minimum 100 words)

There are many great western locations and erosional scenic locations.  Some of my favorites are Arches National Park, Zion National Park, Bryce National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Horseshoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon. I am including two images, one from Arches National Park with my family and one of my daughter at Horseshoe bend.
