Introduction

The 1st section of this course covered the scientific method, density, metric system, stars, galaxies, planets, gravity, etc. The summative assessment is to develop a "fact sheet" or "brochure" that could be handed out to better inform our society of one of the many scientific topics covered in the 1st 4 weeks.  There are many different concepts you could choose to investigate. The goal would for you to become an expert on a specific topic introduced somewhere in the initial weeks and create a creative brochure/fact sheet that could be handed out to critically inform someone about your topic!

The brochure/fact sheet needs to have a specific title, which pertains to your specific topic/idea. Also, the fact sheet/brochure needs data in the form of charts and graphs, images, and photos.  The fact sheet/brochure should have written information and data-driven components. Add detail and interesting facts to create interest for your reader! Include your sources in the works cited section on your brochure/fact sheet.  Your fact sheet/brochure is to fit on one page. Dive into your creative side! Message me with any questions. The grading rubric is below. Upload a document pdf, or if you draw it by hand upload a photo.

Organization: Information is readable and centered around the topic (10 points)
