Complete this survey as your  check-in for this class by Wednesday 8/19/20 to receive one point credit. Failure to do so by Thursday 8/20/20 may result in your being dropped as a "No Show".

This course is set up in weekly modules which include the assignments to be completed per week. In using this survey, you are stating that you are ready and able to complete the assignments regularly and with good effort to stay enrolled.
